I have been a REALTOR® since 2000. I have been a consistent top producer who joined Century 21 Assurance Realty Ltd. in 2005, after several successful years with another real estate company. In 2003, I formed the “Bo Knows Homes Team”. Since joining the real estate industry, we have won awards for sales performance, both as an individual but more importantly as a team that combined the experiences of team members to provide seamless service to all our clients, proving that “the whole client experience is more than the sum of its parts”. Each Associate brings different skills and talents, so that our clients can always be assured of the best customer experience in the business. Since 2005, he has been with Century 21, and has achieved Century 21's prestigious Centurion, Double Centurion and Grand Centurion Team awards almost every year he has been with them, including 3 years in the Top 15 teams in Canada.

Prior to his real estate career, some of Bo’s experience included the survey and engineering equipment business, in roles as Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Vice President of two companies, and Chief Marketing Officer as well as General Manager of a Software Company.

Bo received his Business Administration Diploma from Vancouver City College, and studied Commerce and Economics at Simon Fraser University.

He can put this experience to use in assisting his clients, both buying and selling homes. As someone who moved here from Vancouver, he also understands the interests and requirements of others who choose to move to the Okanagan and the concerns and changes they may encounter. This also helps him see market trends more globally and assist Sellers in marketing their properties in other areas.

Bo Skapski also is involved in several organizations and contributes to a number of charities in Kelowna. He believes in contributing to support the community he lives in, and the international community.

Kelowna Rotary Club: Bo has served as a member of the Executive and is also recognized as an International Major Donor. As well he is a several time sponsor for the Rotary Pro-Am Golf Tournament, the Okanagan’s largest charity golf tournament. The proceeds from this tournament are reinvested into the community in the Central Okanagan, as well as international initiatives.

Okanagan Business Excellence: Bo served on the Executive and sponsors the OBE Golf Tournament which benefits several West Kelowna charities.

Eight-time consecutive winner of the ”Golden Heart Award” for contributions to Easter Seals Canada. This recognizes very significant contributions each year. In addition,Bo raised also raised other donations for Easter Seals Canada, through the previous 24-hour relay fundraiser.

Regular contributor to the Food Bank, Salvation Army, and several other charities.

Skiing: Bo is an avid downhill skier and can often be found on the mountains in the winter. He is an expert skier and has skied most of the ski areas in BC and Alberta, from small neighbourhood areas to the mega resort of Whistler-Blackcomb, where he used to own a home. He has also skied in most major ski venues in the Western USA and has skied in Switzerland, Austria, and Italy. Bo knows skiing and he knows ski real estate. Wine: Bo is a wine fanatic. He supports the Okanagan wine industry and loves the direction it has taken over the past 30+ years. He has an extensive wine collection, much of which has been dedicated to the Okanagan/Similkameen wine industry. He has also travelled extensively to other wine producing areas, throughout Canada, the USA, Chile, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and, of course, Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria and even the UK).

If you are interested in wine country real estate, Bo has also been involved in the sale of wineries and vineyards.

Golf: Bo likes golf better than it likes him, but he has gotten relatively competent, over the years, in part to living at the wonderful golf community at Gallaghers Canyon.

If you are interested in golf course homes, Bo knows and helps buy and sell golf course properties in the Okanagan.

Travelling: He believes that travelling is one of the best things that you can do to understand your connection with the rest of the world. He has lived in England, Paraguay, Canada and Mexico and has travelled to at least 27 countries throughout the world. This helps him understand the various cultures he comes into contact both in his travels and the real estate world.

Cooking and Eating: Food is another one of his interests, both eating and cooking, as well as trying different foods from different cultures. He believes in “living to eat, not eating to live.”

Real Estate: This is something Bo has always had a passion for. He enjoys the people. the product and the fact that it’s a big deal in their lives. His reward is the rush from seeing his clients achieve their Real Estate goals. He is always happy to share his experience, ideas, and expertise with clients and friends.
